Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Smart Rider. We aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:
1. Delivery Areas & Timeline
We deliver all across Bangladesh. Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

Inside Dhaka: Deliveries are usually completed within 24 to 48 hours (1–2 business days).

Outside Dhaka (Districts & Sub-districts): Deliveries take approximately 3 to 5 business days.
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during government holidays, severe weather conditions, or political disruptions. We will notify you immediately in case of unexpected delays.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery location and will be displayed at checkout or communicated during order confirmation:

Inside Dhaka City: 60 BDT

Outside Dhaka City: 120 BDT
Weight-based charges may apply for oversized or exceptionally heavy items. If applicable, our team will contact you before processing the shipment.
3. Order Tracking & Confirmation

Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation call, SMS, or email. Orders are only processed after successful confirmation.

Tracking: Once your order is handed over to our courier partner (e.g., Pathao, Steadfast, RedX, eCourier), we will provide you with a tracking number/link via SMS or message so you can monitor your shipment's progress.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment Conditions

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Bangladesh, allowing you to pay the courier representative upon receiving the product.

Outside Dhaka Advance: For orders outside Dhaka, we may require the shipping charge to be paid in advance via bKash/Nagad to confirm the order and prevent fake orders. The remaining product amount can be paid upon delivery.
5. Delivery Inspection & Order Acceptance

We highly recommend inspecting the package in front of the delivery agent.

If you notice the packaging is severely damaged, torn, or tampered with, please do not accept the package and contact our customer hotline immediately.

If you open the package and find a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us within 24 hours along with an unboxing video or photo to initiate a swift replacement under our Return & Refund Policy.
